We continue our fall sermon series entitled: ROOTED. Throughout the series we’re focusing on the primary encouragement of the Apostle Paul to the Colossian church: “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness” (Col. 2:6-7). And the passage we consider this weekend centers on who Jesus is, what he came to do, and how what he did is fully sufficient for our salvation.
